Aluminum tube aluminum metal surface treatment process - anodizing
Surface treatment is a surface protection technology that improves the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of products by changing the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of the surface of the base material.
Traditional surface treatment methods mainly include: galvanizing, electrophoresis, bluing, blackening, passivation, phosphating, spraying, coloring, baking, impregnation, shot blasting, etc. However, various surface processing technologies have been developed that are applied to the surface decoration of metal, glass, plastic and other material components or other special functional requirements to achieve excellent performance in terms of product corrosion resistance, appearance, texture, and function.
Appearance: color, pattern, logo, glossline (3D, 2D)
Texture: feel, roughness, life (quality), streamlined, etc.
Function: hardening, anti-fingerprint, anti-scratch
1. Anodizing
Anodic oxidation: mainly anodic oxidation of aluminum, which uses electrochemical principles to form a layer of Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This layer of oxide film has special characteristics such as protection, decoration, insulation, and wear resistance.
Single color, gradient color: polishing/sandblasting/drawing→degreasing→anodizing→neutralization→dyeing→sealing→drying
Two-color: ① Polishing/sandblasting/drawing → degreasing → masking → anodizing 1 → anodizing 2 → sealing → drying
Technical Features:
1. Increase strength,
2. Realize any color except white.
3. Realize nickel-free sealing and meet the nickel-free requirements of Europe, the United States and other countries.
②Polishing/sandblasting/drawing→oil removal→anodizing 1→radium engraving→anodizing 2→sealing→drying
