Causes of brass tubes:
1. The previous process does not conform to the operating procedures, and there is a problem in a certain link, such as acid pickling carbonization (hydrogen embrittlement), and brass tube breakage during drawing. the
2. The saponification temperature is too low or too high, the concentration is insufficient, the saponification adsorption is insufficient, or the soap liquid is acidified and loses its lubricating effect. the
3. The phosphating is not up to the standard, and the transition (too old) causes the phosphating film to fall off during drawing, and the purpose of saponification is not completed, that is, there are continuous strange noises during cold drawing. the
4. Insufficient phosphating causes damage to the mold core and the inner wall of the tube, and the load increases during drawing.
Prevention and elimination methods:
1. Strictly check each process, control the concentration, temperature and time of pickling, wash and change water frequently. the
2. Control the saponification temperature and concentration to keep the soap liquid in the tank clean. the
3. Regularly check the total acidity and free acidity of the phosphating solution to form a sufficient phosphating film
